I wanted to share with you that I received a very nice compliment on Kay Mitchell today. A citizen contacted me regarding her son, who is in our custody, and issues involving him. During the course of our conversation she complimented us on the excellent employee that Kay Mitchell is, and how kind, understanding and courteous that Kay was in dealing with her on the phone. I passed this compliment on to Kay when she passed through for lunch. Thank you Kay Mitchell for your professional and understanding demeanor.
